WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Please contact customer support via email or using this contact form for any inquires regarding your purchase.

HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT?

You will receive a response within 48 hours.

HOW LONG IS YOUR SHIPPING PROCESS?

Order ships out within 3 business days after order confirmation and payment. Shipping time depends on location, although average shipping time is between 2-7 business days.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email that contains the tracking number for your order.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes. Amor Stones is proud to partner with Afterpay & Sezzle for payment installment plans.

Manual payment plans may also be arranged for orders over $100 if requested. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of total order cost will be due immediately, followed by the remaining cost to be paid within a 2 month timeframe. Additional time may be granted for larger purchases. The order will ship out only when the order is paid in full.

If you default on a manual payment plan, you will not receive a refund any amount already paid.

All crystals & minerals are 100% natural material unless otherwise stated in the product's description.

DO YOU OFFER PRESALES OR CUSTOM REQUESTS?

Yes! Custom orders are available upon request. Please contact customer support for more information.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship internationally using UPS. Additional shipping costs will apply. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
